The Societys’ Annual General Meeting will be followed by refreshments and a talk by Ian Yonge on the life-cycle of the Deer in Petworth Park.
Any proposed resolutions for the meeting have to be submitted 21 days prior to the meeting.
All Committee members are up for re-election except for our Honorary Treasurer.
Any nominations for office have to be received 14 days before the meeting.
Doors open 6.30 for 7.00 pm.
